Dr Karen Edge is Reader in Educational Leadership at University College London (UCL) Institute of Education and served as Pro-Vice Provost (International) until March 2019. Karen has conducted research in over 30 countries and is currently leading a 7-country study of teacher motivation.
Karen has worked with the International Confederation of Principals (ICP), of which IPPN is a member. She presented at numerous international conferences, acted on the board of advisors for the International School Leadership (Ontario) and ICSEI (International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement. Karen has also presented at CSL events in relation to her research. She has done extensive work in Scotland and Wales in relation to school leadership.
