This session will explore the reality of establishing your credibility as a new school leader, through the lens of the Quality Framework for Leadership and Management.

The focus of this session will be on self as a school leader and allows time for reflection on the key question – How am I doing? This question will be explored under the 4 key areas:

  • Leading Learning and Teaching
  • Managing the Organisation
  • Leading School Development
  • Developing Leadership Capacity.
