Year 2 School Leaders: Creating the Space to Lead – Establishing Needs and Priorities for you and your school

This session will look at identifying needs and establishing priorities for you and your school, through the lens of the Quality Framework for Leadership and Management and utilising the PIEW model as a means to address workload.

This session moves the focus outwards to others in the school community to reflect on and answer the question - How are you doing? This question will be explored under the 4 key areas:

  • Leading Learning and Teaching
  • Managing the Organisation
  • Leading School Development
  • Developing Leadership Capacity.
